1- Your site must be Anime, Graphic, or a Game site... If your site does not contain any, then i will not accept you
2 - You site must not contain any PORN picture what so ever.... i think that your an hopless idiot it you do have pic. like that
3 - Before you apply my button or link should be on you site..
4 - NO DIRECT LINKING of my buttons
5 - MUST have at least 10 pages of content of graphics or anime or w/e ur site's based on
6 - In your mail if put in the word "KOS-MOS" so i know that you read the Terms and Conditions.
7 - Must be a friendly Webmaster/ Webmistress
8 - I dont really care how much hits you get in a day but at LEAST have more than 10 hits a day
9 - I DO have the right to take you off if you dont update more then 3 MONTHS
10 - If i dont reply to you in a week or two that means you were'nt accepted...[ better Luck next time ]
